Q&A

How long does it take to onboard?

It can take anywhere from just a few days to a few weeks. The length of time is determined by how much we need to collect from you to get started and just how big of a project we're looking at. We promise to make it as quick as possible.

What's the process?

Well, that's a pretty open-ended question.

Typically, we start with a discovery call. This is where we get to know you, your needs, and you can ask us questions too!

Step 2 is the pitch process. This is boring, but standard stuff. We write up a proposal and send it to you. You and your team, your legal team, your finance team, the guy walking past your office door, and your dog all review it. When you get it back to us signed, we'll start step 3.

From there, we begin the onboarding. This step takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks -- that all depends on how much we have to collect from you.

Lastly, we get the party started, or as we like to say, "time to get spicy."

How much do you cost?

We are a completely custom agency. That means every single project we do is customized to the client -- their needs, the size of their business, the length of the engagement, and a few other components. Because of that, throwing out pricing is a little challenging.

We always like to work with clients we absolutely love, and if budget is a concern for you, we can always build a project based around your budget constraints.
